We built Jeevana for the ordinary week.
Our generation moved - for work, for study, for a better life.
Often, our parents were the first to tell us to go.
But distance changes the little things.
The Tuesday doctor's appointment. The prescription that needs picking up. The plumber who never showed up. The day they simply need someone to be there.
When something serious happens, we find a way to be there. It's everything in between that's harder.
We looked for someone we could trust to be there for our parents when we couldn't. We found plenty of services, but not the kind of presence we'd trust in their home.
So we built it - so life can continue, even from a distance.

Questions
The visits
Care Partners are there for your parents, not the household. Appointments, errands, medicines, chasing the electrician, keeping company, all of that. Cleaning, cooking and laundry aren't part of the job.
If you'd like it to be, yes. After a visit, tell us you'd like the same Care Partner again and we'll keep it that way. If they're away, we'll let you know beforehand and introduce whoever's stepping in.
Tell us and we'll send someone else. If you can say what didn't work, it helps us, and nobody gets in trouble for it.
Yes. They can pick up prescribed medicines and remind your parents to take them. They don't administer medicines, give injections or perform medical procedures.
Call 108 for an ambulance, that always comes first. What a Care Partner can do is stay with your parents, help with whatever needs doing, and keep you updated the whole way through.
Booking and cost
Moment is ₹500 per hour. Presence is ₹4,800 for ten hours. Continuum is ₹13,500 for thirty hours. Every visit is a minimum of 2 hours, and 18% GST is added at checkout. Everything is paid upfront, and Presence and Continuum are valid for 6 months.
You pick the day and time that suits, and most visits can be booked for the next day. We'll confirm within the hour. For anything urgent, message us and we'll tell you straight away what we can do.

Yes. You book and pay on our website from wherever you are, and we'll tell you how each visit went.
